Rob is a Fellow of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA); he has been a member since 1982. Membership of NIBA involves compliance with a formal code of conduct, ensuring high professional and ethical standards. Most of the Greater National team maintain their Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB) as part of their continuing professional education.
